At SmartCart Family, we believe that your shopping data is private and should stay on your phone. That's why we have designed an application that:

• Does NOT require registration - We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number.
• Works 100% offline - No internet connection needed to function.
• Does NOT send data to servers - Everything is saved locally on your device.
• Has NO ads - We do not track your behavior to sell you anything.
• Does NOT sell your data - Because we have no data to sell.

3. Data in the SmartCart Family App

3.1. Data we do NOT collect

The SmartCart Family mobile application:

• Does NOT collect your name.
• Does NOT collect your email.
• Does NOT collect your phone number.
• Does NOT collect your GPS location.
• Does NOT access your contacts.
• Does NOT send your shopping lists to any server.

3.2. Local Storage

All data you enter into the app (products, prices, stores, budgets, etc.) is saved solely on your device using local technologies (localStorage, IndexedDB) that do not transmit information outside your mobile.

3.3. Sharing Lists (Optional)

If you decide to share a shopping list via WhatsApp, email, or other means, you are the one controlling that action. We only facilitate the copying/exporting of the text, but we do not intervene in the sending nor keep a copy.

4. Data on the Website (smartcartfamily.com)

4.1. Google Analytics

On our website (NOT in the app), we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and improve the experience. Google Analytics collects:

• Pages visited
• Time spent
• Device type and browser
• Approximate country/city (not exact address)
• Traffic source (how you arrived at our site)

4.2. Payment Processing (PayPal)

If you decide to subscribe to the advanced mode from our website, the payment is processed via PayPal. We do NOT store your credit card details.

Data shared with PayPal (necessary to process payment):

• Email (only if entered in PayPal)
• Subscription amount

5.1. Technical Cookies (Necessary)

We use strictly necessary cookies for the website to function correctly:

Although we do not store your data on servers, we have implemented security measures:

• Serverless: By not storing data, it cannot be hacked.

8. Protection of Minors

SmartCart Family is suitable for all audiences, including minors. However:

• We do NOT knowingly collect data from children under 14.
• The app does NOT require registration, so we cannot verify age.
• If you are a parent and believe your child has provided data, please contact us.

The character "Lucy" (7 years old) is fictional and educational. She does not represent any real minor.

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Important changes will be notified:
